Children

(info & Resources for parents of young children & or teens)

At Aim Church, the goals for our children are the same as they are for the adults: Mission and Maturity. We see clearly in scripture that we are to raise them up to love and follow Jesus. That means the church is not the primary discipler of children. Our goal is to equip Parent to do this at home. Below is some info on worship gatherings and some bible resources for young children and teens. All info is also printed and available on the resource shelf in the sanctuary.

  • WOrship Gatherings

When Aim Church gathers from all over Etowah County to worship on a Sunday, children meet in one of 3 areas. Our Nursery is for newborn to Pre-K and most families who attend Aim Church with small children volunteer once every 8 weeks to watch in the nursery. K-5th grade will meet in our Aim Kids Elementary area and be going through "The Gospel Project". Children 6th grade and up worship in the sanctuary with parents. A worship and sermon notes sheet is provided for them to track along with the adults.
